I was completely set on getting my ring at Jared’s, but after seeing my best friend’s ring I knew I had to go to Diamonds Direct. I made an appointment and was able to get in the same day, and working with Keith made the entire experience incredible. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved him. Not only is the ring stunning, but Keith went above and beyond to make everything perfect. We were so impressed that we put down a deposit right away and will definitely be recommending him to our friends. Keith is truly the best.

Been dealing with Keith for many years. Meet him when he was at the Frisco store. Keith took care of what I needed when I wasn't sure what that was for my wife's gifts. When they opened the store in Ft Worth and he transfered. Me and my wife also said that's were we'd shop. Have made several trips the 1hr to 1.5 in traffic to deal with him. Both him and Gwen have taken care of what we were looking for and have been pleased with our purchases. They will find what your looking for at the price your comfortable with. Can't say enough about how pleased we are with the whole group/staff and how they treated us.

Truly cannot recommend Diamonds Direct Fort Worth enough !!! We came in to look at creating a custom engagement ring for me and left with the most incredible experience. Deb and Gwen walked us through the process of creating a custom ring so seamlessly, even sourcing the perfect emerald to match stones we already had and helping us to incorporate other pieces into the final product. Deb was so patient and understanding, making sure we stayed at our budget and got the ring of our dreams! We cannot wait to go back and get started on our wedding bands!

Destiny at Diamonds Direct Fort Worth was SUPER helpful in helping my wife and I pick out a wedding band for her (which she LOVES). She communicated everything very well and was efficient in getting our rings correctly sized in a timely manner while also cleaning them and making sure they were ready for us within our short timeframe. Would highly recommend going here for all of your jewelry needs!

From start to finish, the entire experience at Diamonds Direct Fort Worth was absolutely incredible. I came in knowing nothing about rings and walked out with the perfect ring for the perfect girl...and it truly made for the perfect day. Terry was amazing throughout the buying process, answering every question and guiding me through each step with patience and expertise. Destiny and Nancy were equally fantastic—so helpful and accommodating when it came to sizing and adjustments, and they made everything feel so simple and stress-free. They worked so quickly as well and answered every call along the way! Everyone at the Fort Worth location was kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Highly recommend and will be back for the wedding bands!
